I love being able to get a great roast fresh. Fresh roasted beans are a must for anyone who has invested the $$ and the time in their home espresso making set-up. Merrifield coffee roasters subscriptions are great. I love having a different kind of bean and flavor profile arrive on your doorstep. It has been a great way to break-up the monotony of staying at home under COVID conditions.

I am the household coffee maker so my hubby never knows which kind I throw in the pot. We ran out of Merrifield's grounds and I used an old favorite store-bought blend. When it finished brewing, my husband poured a cup...first thing out of this mouth was "this looks different, weird." Then when I asked him to pour me a cup he said "I don't know if I should, this pot is no good."

That no good coffee was our favorite before we found Merrifield and now it seems both harsh and somehow bland. I am by no means a coffee snob, but I love the flavors and smells of the Merrifield coffee- looking forward to my next delivery! There is no one bean I like better. All of them!!

I wake up and grind our beans every morning. And these fresh beans have always been delicious and very well balanced. We used to occasionally run out of coffee after missing a grocery trip or being out of town. After signing up for the recurring orders we haven't run out of coffee since. We also appreciate that the farms chosen are helping locals. Combine that with the excellent customer service we have always received and it's a win all around!
